The Los Angeles Avengers should be penning Thank You cards to the guys who occupy the Hangar.Last nights 3-point win over the Nashville Kats clinched a home playoff game for the victorious KC Brigade. It also shoved LA into the post-season mix.

"By virtue of the Kansas City Brigade's 6-63 victory over the Nashville Kats on Saturday night, the Los Angeles Avengers have qualified for the 2007 Arena Football League Playoffs, which will begin in two weeks.
The loss by Nashville (6-9) eliminates the Kats from postseason contention and means that Los Angeles (8-6) can finish no lower than sixth in the American Conference standings. Twelve of the AFL's 9 teams advance to the playoffs, six from each conference."
So, I hope Coach Ross, Ray Philyaw and the rest of the Brigade get a present of some sort from the Avengers!
